First lesson! The first thing you need to do is make a question. The question I did with my science fair project was: Does the amount of gelatin used affect the freshness of whipped cream? The way to pick a question is to find a topic you are most interested in. I love baking or cooking so that is why I chose this question. You want to choose a topic that you are interested in you don't want to do a boring project!!
