These are my graphs from my data.

These are these are the results of my experiment:
I realized that 0 tsp. of gelatin tastes the best, but after 3 hours it starts to silicify. I also realized that 1 tsp. of gelatin is also okay to eat and stays pretty good. The 2 tsp. of gelatin is chunky and looks like ricotta cheese. Finally 3 tsp. of gelatin was hard, tough, and tasted , looked, and smelled like cottage cheese.
